LAND ESCAPES Landscape Maintenance Plans (LMP) are available if you're in need of continuous maintenance of your landscape throughout the season.  It is not required that you have a LMP for us to to landscape maintenance, we're always happy to schedule single visits as well if you only needs help once or twice-a-year.  For more frequent visits however, signing up for a LMP is the way to go!

We offer 6 plan options and can help you choose the best one for the needs of your home or business.  During each scheduled visit, Land Escapes will perform general maintenance tasks such as weeding, leaf clean up, tree limbing, shrub pruning, hedge trimming, deadheading of flowers, chemical applications (upon request, we don't apply chemicals unless you've approved it), blowing off walkways and driveways and other tasks as you feel are needed.   Just let us know if you have any specific maintenance requests and we'll make sure they're on our to-do list for each visit!

Our LMP contracts are prepaid at the begining of each year, and offer a discount off our current regular hourly labor rates.  We begin scheduling LMP's in January and request that all contracts are sent in and paid by March 15th annually.   Our schedule fills up quickly so be sure to get your LMP contract mailed in as soon as possible each year.  We may be able to accept late-comer LMP's, however this will depend on our current job load and established routes.  Don't hesitate to ask if you're in need of maintenance and it's already past mid-March, we will do our best to work you in!

Below are the plans we offer with discounted rates.  If you don't see a plan that fits your needs, we're happy to provide whatever maintenance you need at regular hourly rates.

"SHORT SEASON LMP".....10 man hours for the season.  This includes 5 visits (up to 2 man hours each) during the months of Spring (March or April), May, June, August and Fall (October or November). 

"LONG SEASON LMP"....14 man hours for the season.  This includes 7 visits (up to 2 man hours each) during the months of Spring (March or April), May, June, July, August, September, and Fall (October or November).

"EXTENDED LONG SEASON LMP"....28 man hours for the season.  This includes 7 visits (4 man hours) during the months of Spring (March or April), May, June, July, August, September, and Fall (October or November).

"3-SEASON LMP"....28 man hours for the season.  This includes 3 longer visits during the season.  Early Spring (March or April) visit is up to10 man hours.  Summer (July or August) visit is up to 8 man hours.  Fall (October or November) visit is up to10 man hours.

"MINI 3-SEASON LMP"....16 man hours for the season.  This includes shorter 3 visits during the season.  Spring (April) visit  up to 6 man hours.  Summer (July/August) visit is up to 4 man hours.  Fall (October/November) visit is up to 6 man hours.

"4-SEASON LMP"....32 man hours for the season.  This includes 4 longer visits during the season.  Early Spring (March or April) visit is up to 10 man hours.  Late Spring (June) visit is up to 8 man hours.  Summer (Jul or /August) visit is up to 6 man hours.  Fall (October or November) visit is up to 10 man hours.

*NOTE:  Due to unpredictable Nebraska weather, we cannot guarantee exact service dates or months.  Upon request, we will contact you 1-2 days in advance of each LMP visit to let you know exactly when we're coming.  The date and day of the week will vary with every visit.
